As a Customer Relations Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction by assisting stores and customers with the reputed company reputed company of problems or concerns reputed company phone and email communication. You'll reputed company as an intermediary between the stores and customers, responding to inquiries and/or reviews received through reputed company media and other platforms. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Help answer customer questions and/or resolve issues such as refunds, overcharges, lost or stolen packages, reward points balances, returns and exchanges, complaints, and other service or product issues
• Coordinate with stores and other internal departments as needed to answer questions and resolve or prevent problems
• Coordinate customer fulfillment as needed reputed company a store closes (e.g., computer problems, weather-reputed company issues, reputed company issues, etc.) causing that location to be unable to work orders

Qualifications

* One to three years of call center, customer service, or reputed company experience

• Retail industry experience preferred
• Experience with call center and/or contact management systems preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
