About the Role:
As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company email, chat, and telephone. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and reputed company solutions that meet our customers' needs. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home, making it an ideal choice for those who value work-life balance.
Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, investigate, and resolve customer questions or problems with computer software and hardware
