As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our reputed company Brands team, which includes Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues and reputed company personalized support. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Offer additional products and services to customers, increasing average order value and driving reputed company reputed company
• Personalize the customer experience through reputed company listening, reputed company, and tailored solutions
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to reputed company team goals and objectives

Training and Development

Work Schedule
