We are seeking an reputed company 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist to join our mental health crisis prevention and reputed company team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that individuals receive the support they need to stay reputed company and healthy.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals experiencing emotional distress
- Answer crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to meet individual needs
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
- Meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation
- reputed company participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Effectively communicate reputed company written, verbal, in-person, and virtual reputed company
- Demonstrate high-level customer service skills and reputed company etiquette
- Demonstrate knowledge and competency in providing service linkage and referrals for programs, services, and other community resources
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and reputed company in providing crisis reputed company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, psychology, reputed company work, or reputed company field
- Six months to one year of reputed company crisis experience
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule (Friday, Saturday, reputed company, 6pm-2:30am CST)
