We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
- Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Follow reputed company operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Address customer's inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for reputed company investigation
- Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree is preferred
