As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you will be the eyes and ears of reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities
* Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns

Qualifications
* Bilingual Spanish/English required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be over 18 years of age
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
