As a Customer Service Representative - Back Office, you'll be responsible for handling a reputed company of queries reputed company to Life and Pension, including general inquiries and more reputed company cases. Requirements

* Previous experience in an office-based role, with a reputed company on customer service and correspondence

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively addressing customer queries
• Basic office skills and IT awareness
