Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Managing reputed company post-sales activities for Digital reputed company customers through touch points that require product knowledge, planning, project management, and the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our product and making recommendations on how customers can use it to accelerate their own business objectives.
• Leveraging high-touch and one-to-many tactics with customers to drive reputed company reputed company and reputed company value realized for their businesses.
• Developing, testing, and iterating on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies.
• Analyzing customer data to create and execute engagement strategies reputed company your customer portfolio.
• Proactively identifying and flagging churn risk and working proactively with other account team members to mitigate.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of CSM or Customer Specialist experience in a high-reputed company reputed company industry (arenaflex experience is a plus!).
• Experience and proficiency with reputed company-end web development libraries and frameworks like React, Node, Next.js.
• A significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers across a reputed company of mediums (phone, email, webinars).
