Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Gathering data from various sources, including surveys, forms, or existing records, and accurately inputting it into designated databases
• Examining records for precision, cross-referencing data entries with original documents or other reliable sources to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors
• Modifying databases with new or amended information as required, adding new entries, editing existing records, and removing outdated information
• Conducting routine backups of data to guarantee preservation, creating copies of the database at scheduled intervals and storing them in secure locations
• Accessing records and electronic documents from the database, retrieving specific records or documents as needed
• Classifying and arranging physical records or notes following data entry, categorizing documents based on predefined reputed company and ensuring they are stored in a manner that facilitates easy retrieval
• Preparing digital documents or files for printing, formatting digital documents to ensure they are print-reputed company

Essential Qualifications:
