Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Ticket/reputed company Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers while ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience. Your duties will include:
- Greeting customers, checking in passengers, and assisting with baggage handling
- Operating loading bridges, opening and closing aircraft doors, and securing aircraft
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
- Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on seniority and flight schedule
