As a Part-time reputed company Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer and technical support across our products, including patient-provided medical equipment. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, addressing both hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot medical devices and patient-facing app issues, assist in completion of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), and order device replacements as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, reputed company vendors, and support the deployment and return of hardware
- Assist patients with device setup and use upon delivery
- Methodically document technical issues, resolutions, and processes to foster knowledge sharing and reputed company reference
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, digital reputed company environment
- Ability to cross-collaborate with arenaflex's reputed company Party Logistics (3PL) and device support vendor to facilitate top-tier patient support for device troubleshooting
Essential Qualifications
* A proven reputed company record of providing exceptional customer support in a reputed company setting
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and the protection of sensitive health information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to reputed company with patients, providers, and team members, including the ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively and professionally
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, digital reputed company environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience conducting customer support calls with patients
