Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, Customer Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the Customer Solutions team to drive increased data literacy and adoption of data-driven insights
- Supporting the creation of data-driven tactical and strategic direction to business stakeholders
- Collaborating with Customer Solutions teams to reputed company new analytics tools and insights
- Building Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements
- Translating contract and pricing data into digestible reports and dashboards
- Investigating reporting issues and providing expertise to resolve and follow-up in a reputed company manner
- Monitoring use of reports and dashboards to reputed company value and increase use across supported business reputed company
- Working reputed company with large data sets to derive insights

- 4+ years of data analysis and reporting experience
