As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from health plan members and representatives, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their transportation-reputed company inquiries. You'll work closely with our contact center leadership team to ensure that reputed company members receive exceptional support and that our services meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives, regarding transportation services offered through our health plan
- Meet or exceed productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, reputed company Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after call survey
- Follow reputed company HIPAA and compliance protocols to ensure the protection of reputed company members' protected health information (PHI)
- Escalate transportation and customer service concerns to contact center leadership team
- reputed company reputed company and courteous support to members, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable reputed company experience
- Spanish reputed company a plus
- High School degree or equivalent
- Must be reputed company to sit for 8 hours or more a day wearing a headset
- Must have a secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace, without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shift (conflicting responsibilities may include caring for family members)
- CSR's must have a download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps
- Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills
- Moderate experience in reputed company Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Must be reputed company to adapt to high and fast-paced call volume
Preferred Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and compliance protocols
