The Role
As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving reputed company technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing expert guidance to our users. Key Responsibilities
* Resolve hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat
