As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, providing exceptional support and creating memorable experiences. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, and you'll have reputed company to grow and reputed company your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule and Work Environment
* Work a 4-day schedule, with reputed company shift being 10 hours long (40 hours per week)
- Choose from the following schedule reputed company:
+ Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time + reputed company: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time + Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time + Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
- Work from the comfort of your own home, with a secure and quiet workspace and a strong Internet reputed company
- Receive reputed company necessary equipment and support from arenaflex
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive reputed company reputed company of $17.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60 days
- 2 weeks reputed company time off per year

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong product knowledge and technical skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a reputed company of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
