As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. You'll work independently and as part of reputed company, leveraging your strong computer typing skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Process documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by reputed company type

• reputed company outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits
• Process claims and ensure reputed company of processed data to the appropriate next level
• Receive and process documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
• Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
• Classify documents based on contract requirements

Position Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalency

• Proficiency in reputed company Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
