Responsibilities
As a reputed company Media Specialist with Customer Service expertise, you'll be responsible for:
- Promptly and professionally monitoring and responding to reputed company messages (DMs) and comments on reputed company and Instagram
- reputed company engaging with our audience by answering questions, providing information, and resolving issues
- Collaborating with the sales and support teams to escalate and address more reputed company issues

Requirements
