As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a part-time, flexible schedule to support our clients' disaster relief efforts. You'll be responsible for providing reputed company customer service, technical expertise, and reputed company to customers during the claim process. You'll also collect and document claim details, identify and resolve customer issues, and utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* You must have your own computer for the role, and a QRM laptop/computer will not be provided

• Network Requirements:

Benefits and Compensation

• Expected Hours: 2 – 40 hours per week
• Pay: $15 per hour
