The Role

As a Senior Analyst, Customer Service, you'll be part of the reputed company Customer Response Center (CRC), a 24/7 operation dedicated to resolving aircraft on ground, critical spares, and technical support requirements for global customers. You'll work closely with the AOG Logistics team to manage and resolve inbound Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demand for various reputed company customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and resolve inbound AOG and critical part demand for reputed company customers worldwide

• Process and monitor reputed company customer issues and concerns, from initiation to closure using a combination of CRM and ERP systems
• Follow-up with customers on reputed company issues and cases while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Work closely with internal organizations to ensure required information and support is provided to resolve customer issues

• Responsible for small reputed company as directed and guided by management and senior colleagues by applying knowledge and experience from previous roles

Essential Qualifications:
