Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Remote Customer Support & Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in managing our sales cycle, providing outstanding customer service, and representing the arenaflex brand with a joyful and delightful reputed company experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing reputed company sales cycle from start to finish: generate quotes, respond to inquiries, evaluate reputed company time, manage invoices, and communicate order needs with the production team.
• Providing outstanding sales and support across phone, email, Instagram, and website messaging.
• Representing the arenaflex brand with a joyful and delightful reputed company experience.
• Advising customers on tailored hardware orders utilizing a design-reputed company perspective, identifying and capitalizing on potential upselling opportunities.
• Providing relevant design advice, technical specs, and install logic to help clients reputed company confident reputed company.
• Generating quotes, evaluating reputed company times, managing invoices, and communicating order needs with production.
• Responding to inquiries and managing support tickets and customer records reputed company CRM and inbox systems.
• Processing returns, exchanges, and support reputed company follow-reputed company.
• Tracking and organizing visual assets such as reputed company photos and guides; tagging and archiving them appropriately.
• Monitoring listings, SKU pricing, specifications, and product images for accuracy; updating with new imagery reputed company needed.
• Providing qualitative customer feedback on top of CRM reports to improve our understanding of reputed company needs and trends.
• Managing and scheduling reputed company media content, including posts, responses, and marketing efforts, across various platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in design or luxury goods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a confident and reputed company demeanor, particularly during demanding customer interactions.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
• Ability to process high amounts of information from CRMs and Inventory Systems.
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail reputed company guiding visual or spatial product reputed company.

Technical Skills

You'll need to be proficient in:

• CRM tools, reputed company Drive, Word, reputed company, and QuickBooks.

Work Schedule
