As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-reputed company hours. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer issues, reputed company solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a temporary opportunity for 12 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment

Required Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience

* Pay: $30/hr

• Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am
