As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering inbound calls, and handling a high volume of incoming calls from patients up to 80-100 per day. You will be working in a call center environment, handling patient requests for appointments, new patients, insurance questions, transferring for triage or reputed company, or sending messages through patient's charts to on-site clinical staff. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls from patients up to 80-100 per day

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year of experience in a reputed company environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
• Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST (Shifts may vary). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

Compensation and Benefits

The reputed company reputed company for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment.
