What You'll Do
As a Director, reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing, "live" customers on the arenaflex platform. Your primary goal will be to reputed company deep relationships with customers at reputed company reputed company, acting as their trusted advisor and providing guidance and knowledge to help them reputed company their business objectives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of existing customers and developing strategies to drive reputed company and retention
- Partnering with the VP of reputed company to reputed company team tools, templates, and processes, such as implementation plans, CS playbooks, and customer reputed company processes
- Leading hand-offs from Sales to CS, through implementation and go-live
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, reputed company additional resources, and facilitate solutions needed by customers
- Monitoring reputed company performance, reporting on financial reputed company to customer executives, driving product expansion, and working with sales to execute renewals
- Delivering customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams, identifying customer needs, reputed company, and challenges, and advocating for solutions and product enhancements

What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of skills and experience. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for:
- 12+ years of experience working in reputed company or account management, primarily in the health tech reputed company with hospital and/or health system clients
- Familiarity with DRGs and how they translate into payment
- Radical ownership over troubleshooting problems
- Ability to be both detail-oriented and a big picture thinker, and reputed company communications by appropriately zooming in or zooming out
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $185K to $215K, plus equity incentives. Our compensation package is designed to reward your hard work and dedication to driving reputed company.
