About the Role:
As a CPC Processor Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to reputed company medical record status
- Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Proficiently navigating reputed company Office (including Word and reputed company)
- Working in a high-volume production environment with a reputed company on efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues

Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or reputed company setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Compensation and Benefits:
