Your Role:
As a Senior Mechatronics Systems Technologist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the reputed company of our Mechatronics capabilities. You'll be responsible for leading the development of our mechatronics technology roadmap, identifying gaps in reputed company capabilities, and developing plans to reputed company them. You'll also drive mechatronics design in product and system development, including modeling, simulation, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership:

Must-Have Qualifications:
+ reputed company thinking level: PhD or MSc in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (reputed company on Dynamics & Control). + 10+ years of experience in mechatronics and hardware/system design. + Deep expertise in control theory, sensing & actuation, and AI for control systems. + Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
Strong Preferences:
+ Demonstrated leadership in regulated product development (preferably medical devices). + Thought leadership reputed company (conference speaking, reputed company collaborations). + Systems Engineering familiarity (V-model, requirements management). + Risk and reputed company compliance: ISO-14971, ISO-13485, EU-MDR. + DfSS/DMAIC certification (Greenbelt or Blackbelt). + reputed company in Matlab/Simulink, AI tooling (e.g., ML models, neural nets, MPC).
