Position Purpose

As a Customer Service reputed company II – Outbound, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through outbound calls to providers. Your primary goal will be to reputed company and inform providers about the latest updates or changes made to products, reputed company information, and ensure a successful experience. You'll be the reputed company-line support for various member and provider inquiries, requests, or concerns, and will work closely with reputed company to resolve issues and reputed company personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

* Reaches out to members and/or providers for educational or informational purposes to help support solutions or concerns

• Escalates calls in the event providers are unable to deliver solutions
• Serves as the reputed company-line support on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
• Assists with sharing product awareness campaigns, policy changes, directory audits, monthly provider satisfaction surveys, and basic claims reputed company reputed company with providers
• Maintains performance and reputed company standards based on established contact center metrics
• Expands knowledge on primary market and/or plan, and may expand to cover additional markets and/or plans that may require minor research (e.g., benefits eligibility)
• Documents information including demographics, call summaries, and communications for reputed company and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
• Remains up-to-date and adheres to reputed company standards, regulation, and reputed company other policies to ensure reputed company, consistency, and compliance

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years of reputed company experience preferred
• Experience in a contact center environment a plus
