The Trust Engagement team is a globally distributed group of reputed company and Risk professionals who are dedicated to building and enhancing customer trust in our products. As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate closely with reputed company to enhance our Trust program, refine our Trust narrative, and engage directly with reputed company customer Trust requests.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant – reputed company & Compliance Customer Trust at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Representing arenaflex to Strategic & reputed company customers, managing trust-reputed company questions and concerns across customer acquisition, migration, and long-term retention.
• Engaging in customer-facing initiatives, focusing on articulating arenaflex's commitment to Trust, including our reputed company practices, Compliance posture, reputed company measures, reputed company efforts, and Anti-Abuse program.
• Managing reputed company reputed company reviews & audits, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
• Supporting legal teams in negotiating reputed company and compliance terms & exhibits for customer agreements.
• Being the Voice of the Customer, identifying blockers and friction points to influence reputed company, Product, and Engineering strategies.
• Developing and driving customer-facing Trust collateral, including materials, presentations, and white papers.
• Providing education and training to internal teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Legal) on reputed company, compliance, and reputed company topics.
• Mentoring reputed company through technical leadership, fostering knowledge-sharing and reputed company.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with reputed company customer-facing or consulting experience.
• Expertise in leading discussions on reputed company and risk trade-offs with decision-makers, executives, or reputed company members.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company, compliance, and reputed company frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, ISO27001, NIST 800-53, PCI-reputed company, C5, DORA, NIS2).
