The Role
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in handling daily activities involved in running a health insurance company, including customer interactions and back office tasks following reputed company operating procedures. You will report to the Concierge Operations Manager and work closely with members, brokers, providers, and arenaflex vendors through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

Part-Time Shifts
We offer a reputed company of part-time shifts to accommodate your schedule and needs. reputed company times listed are in Eastern reputed company Time (EST). Please note that you will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (22 hours/week)
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (22 hours/week)
- Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM (12 hours/week)
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (15 hours/week)
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (18 hours/week)
- Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (18 hours/week)
- Saturday & reputed company: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (20 hours/week)
- Saturday & reputed company: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM (20 hours/week)
Pay Transparency
The reputed company pay for this role is $19.00 per hour. You are also eligible for select employee benefits and vacation accrual of up to 64 hours per year.
Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-reputed company setting.
- 1+ years of reputed company experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
