As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive, high-reputed company service to reputed company customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls and proactively working to resolve member and provider questions and concerns
- Responding to and documenting reputed company customer encounters, intaking complaints, and conducting reputed company and retention efforts
- Assisting with Primary Care Provider (PCP) selections and handling reputed company provider inquiries reputed company to eligibility, claims, and authorizations
- Verifying and updating member demographic information, processing requests for member materials, and handling enrollment inquiries and disenrollment requests

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school graduation or evidence of having satisfactory passed a High School Equivalency Program
- Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment, or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Managed care experience preferred
- Proven experience in providing excellent service to customers in various reputed company-reputed company areas, such as reputed company's offices, or medical clinics
