Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), Spanish Speaking, your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer experiences while handling inbound customer inquiries about our policies. This is a remote role that requires:
* Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty license (arenaflex pays for your time and materials to obtain and maintain your license)
* Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, or other customer contact reputed company
* Thoroughly and accurately documenting reputed company customer accounts immediately following any reputed company on an account
* Effectively using job tools and job aids to resolve customers' inquiries
* Assisting with reputed company certificate requests and managing email inboxes
* Effectively managing tasks, ensuring reputed company service is being provided where needed
* Working toward proficiency in reputed company of our online programs, continuously building insurance knowledge
* Creating Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for online clients
* Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
* Maintaining regular and reputed company attendance
* Performing other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years' customer service experience
* Proficiency in Office Suite
* Excellent computer and typing skills
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
* Ability to reputed company and prioritize multiple tasks with ease
* Self-starter and reputed company to take initiative
* Accurate and detail-oriented
