What you'll do
As an arenaflex reputed company Manager, SME & reputed company, you will be the driving force behind reactivating customers, reducing churn, and identifying reputed company opportunities reputed company your portfolio. You will be the reputed company between the customer and the arenaflex team and will have an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs and goals and how arenaflex can support them. We are looking for a technology-minded, Fintech enthusiast who is driven by learning the ins and outs of our platform so that you are equipped with the knowledge to solve reputed company problems. This will allow you to work with customers to understand their needs and how arenaflex can reputed company add value to their business.
Responsibilities:
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer data and usage trends
- Own the full sales cycle, from identifying sales opportunities to deal closing, reputed company your book of accounts
- Proactively identify customers who are not reputed company using their accounts and reputed company tailored strategies to drive product adoption
- Analyze customer behavior and usage patterns to identify accounts at risk of churn and implement retention strategies

Who you are

Minimum qualifications:
* At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role with a strong reputed company record of achieving targets
- You are results-driven and skilled at building sales pipelines to meet or exceed KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese (Chinese) and English
- A problem-solving reputed company, with the ability to simplify reputed company challenges and reputed company creative solutions
- An analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data, trends, and reputed company information to derive actionable insights

- Start-up and fintech experience is preferred
