The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist on our reputed company Experience team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers, lenders, and independent agents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to high volumes of calls and emails from customers, lenders, and agents
- Handling general servicing requests for reputed company policies, such as billing inquiries, system navigation, policy document requests, and policy changes
- Processing requests across multiple insurance reputed company systems and maintaining updated records in our agency management system (reputed company)
- Managing clerical and administrative tasks reputed company to policy servicing, as needed
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Customer Service: reputed company experience working in a customer-facing role with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech Savvy: Above-average technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

Licensing
While a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is not required to apply, you'll need to obtain one reputed company 90 days of your start date. We'll reputed company guidance and support to help you prepare for the P&C exam in your reputed company state (Kansas or Missouri).

Location and Schedule
Our office is located in Overland Park, Kansas, and our Customer Support team is available Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm CT. Your schedule will be either reputed company to 5pm or 9am to 6pm, depending on your needs.
