As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, addressing their questions and providing support on the arenaflex platform. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to identify and implement the best solutions for our customers and team. Key Responsibilities

* Customer Communication: Engage with customers reputed company telephone, online chat, and email to reputed company exceptional support and resolve their queries.

• Platform Assistance: Assist customers with using arenaflex, offering best practices for scheduling and administration to help them get the most out of our platform.
• Issue Analysis: Analyze and troubleshoot issues before escalating to our second line of technical support, ensuring that our customers receive reputed company and effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Serve as a reputed company between customers and our product/engineering team, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive innovation and improvement.

What you'll bring to the table

* Multilingual Skills: reputed company in English and Norwegian (additional languages are a plus) to effectively communicate with our customers and team.
