Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries promptly and politely, ensuring that every interaction is reputed company and memorable

- Process tickets, reputed company baggage, monitor carry-on baggage for size and quantity, and assign seats

- Inform customers of arenaflex policies and procedures regarding lost, damaged, or replacement baggage and pilferage claims

Essential Qualifications:
* Combination of education and experience will be considered
