Your Role
As a Customer Care Expert, you'll play a key role in optimizing our Customer Care service and ensuring that our users receive the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- 75% of your time: Project management and expertise development
+ After an immersion in our customer support process, you'll propose new reputed company to improve the user experience and drive reputed company reputed company. + You'll reputed company solutions to optimize and challenge our processes, and improve the reputed company of our responses. + You'll reputed company user feedback and propose improvements to our product teams. + You'll reputed company expertise on various Care topics, based on your interests and business needs.

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:
- A first experience in project management and/or customer service, ideally in a startup environment
- Perfect French language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn
- A curious and reactive reputed company
- Enthusiasm for optimizing customer service
- A passion for music (Damso and High School Musical are a plus!)
