As a Part Time Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our fans, referees, coaches, and other customers. You will be the face of arenaflex, responding to inquiries reputed company our case management system, updating our public knowledgebase, and providing live troubleshooting support. You will also contribute to managing customer data in backend systems and create reputed company working relationships with our membership by providing training, support, and service.
Primary Responsibilities
* Respond to inquiries reputed company our case management system, ensuring reputed company and accurate resolutions
- Contribute to updating our public knowledgebase to increase customer self-service and improve overall customer experience

Requirements
