Responsibilities:

Our Project-Based Customer Service – reputed company Support Specialists play a vital role in providing critical support to those affected by natural disasters. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls from individuals seeking information and assistance reputed company to disaster relief programs, emergency services, and reputed company policies
• Making any outbound calls regarding reputed company as needed

Additional Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma/GED
• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Have a minimum of 6 months to over a year of customer service, secretarial, or telemarketing experience, with a call center background preferred
