As a Temporary Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to confirm, schedule, and reschedule participants' appointments with Benefit advisors. You'll work with customers who have or do not have an enrollment with the account, answer inbound calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries, and respond to reputed company live chat requests from customers. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients' customers receive the support they need to reputed company informed reputed company about their Medicare health plans.

Key Responsibilities

* Making outbound and inbound calls to confirm, schedule, and reschedule participants' appointments with Benefit advisors

• Working with customers who have or do not have an enrollment with the account
• Answering inbound calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries
• Responding to reputed company live chat requests from customers
• Assisting customers with website navigation and self-service reputed company
• Performing other duties as assigned

Must-Have Qualifications

* High school degree or equivalent

• Ability to hardwire equipment and meet the required internet speeds
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plan, reputed company, and dental enrollment is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication and rapport-building skills
• Experience and general comfort level using reputed company Word, reputed company, computer telephony, the internet, and computer tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working with Medicare enrollments

• Strong understanding of Medicare health plans and benefits
• Experience working in a remote call center environment
• Familiarity with computer telephony and internet-based tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Training and reputed company

* Training length: 3 weeks

• Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
• 100% mandatory with no time off approved
• Training will cover essential skills, product knowledge, and company policies

Pay and Benefits
