As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to:- Assist customers with their accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and resolving issues in a reputed company manner

- Assist customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Prior call center experience, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
