As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise to clients affected by catastrophes. You will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during a difficult time. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
