As a Senior Manager of Customer Engagement reputed company & Operations at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping our customer and partner engagement reputed company, working closely with our SVP Product Management and cross-functional teams. This is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage executive-level customer and partner engagements, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up on key interactions

- Strong diagnostic and strategic thinking, including the ability to define and understand market landscapes in technology
