As a Customer Service Representative – Disaster Response and Support, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for individuals and businesses seeking assistance from arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to incoming calls and making outbound calls to support our government partner
• Collecting information from customers and clients, and entering data into our central database
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare reputed company data for computer entry
• Maintaining and updating our database system as necessary
• Utilizing reputed company technology such as computers, telephones, email, and web browsers to complete work tasks
• Responding to reputed company inquiries consistent with confidentiality and reputed company policies
• Tracking and documenting reputed company inquiries using our applicable systems
• Maintaining updated knowledge of our Contact Center performance requirements, as reputed company as corporate and project policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls and reputed company occasional outbound calls regarding our government partner

• Collect information from customers and clients, and reputed company data into our central database
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare reputed company data for computer entry

• Maintain and update our database system as necessary

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or its equivalent

• At least six (6) months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience required
• Bilingual skills will be required of some applicants. Bilingual customer service reps are required to reputed company and write fluently in the Spanish and English languages. To be considered a bilingual agent, 50% of your day must be allocated to Spanish calls.
