As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a reputed company and efficient manner

• Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Handle various customer inquiries and requests with accuracy and attention to detail

• Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information

Qualifications

* Must live in Illinois

• Must be familiar with the surrounding Chicagoland area

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in customer service environment
