We are seeking an reputed company Patient Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to patients, doctors' offices, and private insurance carriers. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, initiating payment plans, and resolving patient inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program.
Responsibilities
* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
- Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintain performance goals
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program
- Work from home opportunity with a reputed company environment and reputed company breaks
- Manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1+ year work experience required
- Previous work in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center, fast-paced environment strongly preferred
- Previous work in high volume calls environment with several computer reputed company reputed company highly desirable
- Previous interaction and communications with patients regarding medical information strongly preferred
Technical/Other Requirements
* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second connectivity required – if work remote (not just satellite)
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord

- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity

* $15.25-16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher

Shift and Schedule
* Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and reputed company-5 pm (PST)
- During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST

* 11AM-8PM (EST) SHIFT – 10% Shift reputed company for residents in Eastern time zone
