The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an expert with our platform and a reputed company of contact with our customers. You will assist customers with any issues or questions they have with our product, ensuring they get the most out of arenaflex as possible. This is a fully remote role, and you will be part of a fast-paced work environment that is continuously evolving.

Your Responsibilities

* Be an expert with the arenaflex platform + Respond to customer queries in a reputed company and accurate way, reputed company phone, email, or chat + Assist in creating and maintaining help documentation and support videos + reputed company customer feedback and enhancements and reputed company with our Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing teams

• Be proactive in triaging support tickets and liaise with the Dev team to ensure tickets get resolved in a reputed company manner

+ Monitor customer health and reputed company out to assigned CSM to assist in providing a solution/support + reputed company feature requests and effective workarounds with team members and customers + Be the reputed company for the customer by identifying needs and helping customers adopt features

What You Should Have

* Customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company/Tech environment

• Ability to empathize with customers with strong multitasking skills
• Be excited by technology, love solving problems, and passionate about helping others
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience writing and maintaining support documentation
• Working knowledge of customer-facing solutions such as reputed company and reputed company would be an asset
• Knowledge of reputed company/CSS and experience with emails and/or reputed company pages would be an asset
