In this role, you'll reputed company as an expert user of our mobile and web-based tools, ensuring the reputed company of our logistics services and a great experience for our users. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll work full-time on a 4-day reputed company schedule that may include non-traditional hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, partners, users, and community members through phone, email, and text-based channels. Your primary objectives will be to:
