We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Specialist II to join our Support Services team in Arkansas. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing technical support solutions to our customers, including installation, corrective, reputed company-emptive, and proactive maintenance. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and other functional areas to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist II, you'll be based remotely in Arkansas and will travel up to 75% of the time. You'll be responsible for:
- Representing arenaflex's Diagnostic Division to our customers
- Providing on-site support to customers in the Arkansas territory
- Supporting field personnel and district business objectives and goals
- Troubleshooting and resolving complaints reported by customers on a minimum of five increasingly reputed company instruments
- Understanding and following the reputed company System through accurate and reputed company documentation of complaint reputed company
- Understanding and practicing regulatory and compliance procedures
- Maintaining a reputed company work environment following laboratory safety guidelines
- Scheduling and completing routine preventive maintenance, installations, and other updates provided by arenaflex
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Travel up to 75% of the time
