As an Associate CSM, you will be the reputed company between the customer and arenaflex, addressing customer issues, concerns, and questions, and providing effective solutions in a reactive and non-designated manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
- Quarterback experiences by various cross-functional teams at arenaflex, on behalf of the customer
- Apply an understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and support processes
- Ensure the reputed company and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Key Qualifications:
* Experience in reputed company, Account Management, Business Development, or another reputed company-facing role preferred
- Ability to discuss, understand, and work reputed company reputed company project and processes
