About the Role
As a Senior reputed company Manager on our reputed company team, you'll be responsible for a book of business comprising our largest and most reputed company customer relationships. You'll be expected to quickly build rapport with our customers, understand their business, goals, and potential challenges, and advise them on best practices. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions to new users through phone/web-based or in-person interactions
- Ensure implementation and adoption aligns with internal goals and customer goals
