Your reputed company: What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist - Chat, you will be responsible for:
- Providing an end-to-end approach for issue reputed company, ensuring that employees receive reputed company and effective support
- Resolving inquiries by applying solution-oriented thinking and critical decision-making skills
- Abiding by and performing to the best of your abilities reputed company functions, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Employer in due course
- Complying with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Employer through its authorized representatives
- Maintaining confidentiality and not disclosing any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Employer to any unauthorized person
